I'm getting horrible at updating the blog and have to keep reminding myself not to be so gosh damned picky about what I show. I'll try to get some blogger action for my mobile so I can start uploading lil tid bits of pictures here and there. Scanning is such a toll.
With that said, here's a croquis from class today, taken with my mobile.
Last weeks assignment in drawing/painting class was to illustrate a poem. Our teacher has a tiny company called Biondibooks that publishes books and thought it would be fun to see what we could do with a collection of poems. He had himself illustrated (very loosely, he added) the poems we took on. His name is Peter Köhler and does some pretty amazing art.
The poet is Pete Tobey and the book is called "Dear God, I meant what I said".
